Shipping, Pickup + Return Policies
 

Shipping

All products are made to order and require 2 weeks production time for small orders and up to 4 weeks for larger orders. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. All products will be shipped with Canada Post, unless the carrier is unable to fulfill the shipment in a timely manner; in which case your item(s) will ship with another carrier if you choose to do so (additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchasing party). Shipping charges are flat rate. Should your package be less than the flat rate, you will be refunded the difference. Shipping is within CANADA only.

pickup

Once your order is completed, you will be sent an email stating that your item(s) are ready for pickup, and can arrange a day and time that works for both parties. Pickup must happen within 2 weeks of the initial completion email. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of product(s) and no refund. Special circumstances will be considered and if arranged prior, and extension may possibly be granted. I work out of my home and space is limited. I am unable to store products for longer lengths of time.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days of purchase or delivery of the item. Once we receive the returned item Concrete & Vines Design will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items and custom items are not eligible for a return.

Concrete & Vines Design will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors, retail partners, or purchases from vendor and craft shows.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the item. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
